150917-N-YL053-071 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 17, 2015) - Ship's Serviceman Jiandan Zhu, attached to the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge, receives a certificate of citizenship during a naturalization ceremony at Chapel of Hope. Forty men and women from 18 different countries recited the Oath of Allegiance to the United States and obtained U.S citizenship.
