Soldiers assigned to 4th Squadron, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, cross a river while participating in a wet gap crossing exercise during the culmination of Dragoon Crossing, Gyor, Hungary, Sept. 17, as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve. The purpose of Dragoon Crossing is to enhance NATO interoperability, build good will and camaraderie with the local populations of Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, and Hungary, and demonstrate the alliance's operational freedom of movement to create a strong Europe.
