Mack; during the Sept. 10 dedication of Freedmans Village Bridge, the bridge from Washington Boulevard to Columbia Pike, in Arlington, Va. Barstow, Kupka and Mack represented Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall at the dedication ceremony.
