(Sept. 16, 2015) - Chief Engineman Matthew Scheer, from Middleton, Wis., and Chief Operations Specialist Crystal Pinto, from Albuquerque, N.M., stand on stage in USS John C. Stennis' (CVN 74) hangar bay during the chief pinning ceremony. Between Stennis and Carrier Strike Group Three staff 27 Sailors had anchors pinned on during the ceremony.
