Maj. Scott Virgil, team chief of the Military Transition Team assigned to the 14th Provisional Transport Regiment, advises an Iraqi Soldier on proper use of the M-4 rifle during a trip to the shooting range Oct. 14 near Camp Savage. Virgil, a Bartlett, Ill., native, is responsible for the helping train the 14th PTR into a self-sustainable force.
