ATLANTIC OCEAN (September 5, 2015) – Information Technician 1st Class Marco AlarconHidalgo, a native of New York City, assigned to the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMS LANT) in Norfolk, Va., climbs aboard the Rigid-hulled Inflatable Boat (RHIB) upon completion of his three-year re-enlistment in the Atlantic Ocean during Southern Partnership Station Joint High Speed Vessel 2015, on Sept. 5. SPS-JHSV 15 is a U.S. Navy deployment focused on subject-matter expert exchanges with partner nation militaries and security forces.
