Staff Sgt. Kevin Simpson, a clarinetist with The U.S. Army Concert Band, participates in an Army Physical Fitness Test as part of the Military District of Washington's Best Warrior Competition, Aug. 24-28, 2015, at Fort A.P. Hill in Bowling Green, Va.
