McColumn, commander of the 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), addresses Army Reserve Soldiers and guests at an end of mission ceremony for exercise Nationwide Move 15 held at the reserve center in Elwood, Ill., Sept. 8, 2015. The ceremony was to celebrate the conclusion of the year-long Army Reserve logistics exercise that provided valuable and realistic transportation training by conducting operations in support of activities in both the continental United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
