Medical personnel examine X-rays at Pajimo Clinic in northern Uganda. The clinic did not have interior lighting sufficient to see the X-rays by, so the providers adapted and used natural sunlight. The X-rays were of a young boy with a broken foot, who was referred to the hospital in Kitgum for further treatment.
