150909-N-GI544-046 PEARL HARBOR (Sept. 9, 2015) Musician 1st Class Peter Sutorius, assigned to Pacific Fleet Band, plays taps during an ash-scattering ceremony for the late Pearl Harbor survivor U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Daryl L. Finch at the USS Utah Memorial on Ford Island, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Finch was serving on Ford Island during the 1941 Japanese attacks on Pearl Harbor.
