Sheik Mohammad Al-Rhmaihi, Qatari foreign minister assitant for follow up foreign affairs, Gen. David H. Petraeus, commander U.S. Central Command, U.S. Ambassador to Qatar, Ambassador Joseph LeBaron, Maj. Gen. Ghanim Shaheen Al-Ghanim, Qatari Land Forces commander, and Brig. Gen. Yacob Ali Al-Kazeem, cut the ribbon to dedicate the new USCENTCOM forward headquarters building. The ceremony was held to commemorate the official opening of the state-of-the-art facility here Oct. 22, at Al Udeid AB, Qatar.
