U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Ashleigh B. Gawat, a Marine Corps combat camerawoman, paints a Marine Corps and Arizona themed mural at the Civic Center in Scottsdale, Ariz., Sept. 7, 2015, to commemorate Marine Week Phoenix, Sept. 10-13. Gawat, a native of Griswold, Conn. is stationed at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and is taking on the large mural with four other Marines.
