(September 2, 2015) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus signs a graphic representation of the Navy's newest Littoral Combat Ship, the future USS Billings (LCS 15) during a dual ship-naming ceremony at Metra Rimrock Auto Arena.
