    150902-N-PQ607-121 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 2, 2015) - Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Jared Harral, attached to the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), observes the pier from a mooring line station as the ship arrives in Yokosuka. Blue Ridge returned to homeport Yokosuka after completing a three-month summer patrol, strengthening and fostering relationships within the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
