150821-N-TV402-031 CHANGWON, Republic of Korea (Aug. 21, 2015) - Boatswain's Mate Seaman David Nelson left, and Lt. Junsub Um, a Navy chaplain, both attached the to U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), tour the campus with students from Korea Polytechnic Institute Changwon Campus during a community service event. Blue Ridge is currently providing support for U.S. 7th Fleet's involvement in the bilateral exercise, 2015 Ulchi Freedom Guardian (UFG). UFG is an annual, combined command and control exercise designed to enhance the combat readiness of ROK and U.S. supporting forces through joint training while improving ROK-U.S. relations.
