Several personnel wearing orange life vests and blue digital camouflage uniforms are aboard the small craft, with one sailor reaching up toward a rope/cargo net on the side of the larger ship. The scene appears to depict a personnel transfer or boarding operation between the two vessels.
    A replenishment at sea (RAS) operation is underway between two naval vessels, with fuel/supply hoses and lines connecting the ships. Crew members wearing green helmets, safety vests, and harnesses are managing the transfer lines on the deck of what appears to be a US Navy destroyer or guided-missile ship. A supply/replenishment vessel is visible to the port side with flags flying from its mast.
    A small fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is captured mid-launch from the flight deck of a naval vessel at sea. The deck features a helicopter landing pad with standard markings, a pneumatic or rail-based catapult launcher, and associated ground support equipment.
