One hundred fifteen international Fellows completed the Comprehensive Crisis Management course (CCM 15-3) today at the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies. The course strengthened Fellows' analytical, decision making and collaborative skills needed to manage complex disaster and crisis situations.
