A group of military personnel are gathered outdoors near a waterfront or dock area in sunny conditions. A man wearing a black t-shirt with what appears to be a military diver insignia is demonstrating or inspecting diving equipment, specifically a regulator assembly, to others in the group. The setting and attire suggest this is a diving training or equipment check session.
