FEST-A is a small, advance-engineering team that rapidly deploys worldwide and provides technical engineering support to the combatant commands. The team is comprised of active duty soldiers and civilian engineers. Support may include critical infrastructure surveys, engineer operations, base camp planning and drawdown, geospatial operations, and construction planning, design and management capabilities.
