Every detail is important as Sgt. Dustin Patrick, 4th platoon's commander and 23-year-old native of Seymour, Ind., uses a personal role radio to update his platoon, while refueling a generator at a small water pumping station in the Fallujah area. Every time a convoy leaves the security of Camp Fallujah, a communications Marine goes with it to ensure radios are working properly during the dangerous trip. (Official USMC photograph by Cpl. Stephen Holt. 060520-M-0293H-003. Released.)
