Oregon Air National Guard Airmen from the 142nd Fighter Wing and Combat Operations Group load their gear and board buses from the Portland Air National Guard Base, Ore., Aug. 25, 2015, as they prepare for firefighter training in Salem, Ore. The personnel are scheduled to report to the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST), in Salem, Oregon to undergo firefighting training starting Aug. 26. DPSST officials say the additional group should complete their training by Aug. 30.
