A U.S. Army soldier in ACU (Army Combat Uniform) is addressing a group of fellow soldiers in what appears to be a briefing room or meeting hall. The speaker is standing and gesturing with both hands, appearing engaged and animated, while the seated audience listens and reacts positively. A microphone stand is visible nearby, suggesting this may be a formal or semi-formal address.

Army Staff Sgt. Luke Wilson, 29, from Hermiston, Ore., who lost his left leg above the knee in a grenade attack in Baghdad, Iraq, in 2004, returned to Iraq thanks to Operation Proper Exit, a program co-sponsored by the United Service Organizations and Troops First Foundation, which allows service members to both return and leave Iraq on their own terms and not through a hasty medical evacuation that uproots them from the battlefield, their buddies and their traumatic experience.
