Harley Schwind, NHQSa command senior enlisted leader, paid respects during a memorial ceremony at Mount Igman in Bosnia and Herzegovina Aug. 19, 2015. On Aug. 19, 1995, three American diplomats and a French soldier died during an automobile accident while traveling on Igman while on a mission to negotiate a U.S. proposal for peace in Bosnia.
