Command Sgt. Maj. Samuel G. Murphy, 7th Infantry Division senior enlisted adviser, passes the division colors to Maj. Gen. Terry Ferrell, outgoing commanding general of the 7th Infantry Division, during 7th Infantry Division’s change of command ceremony at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., Aug. 18.
