A U.S. Navy service member in MultiCam/OCP camouflage uniform is performing what appears to be a medical examination or procedure on a patient's wrist/hand in a medical supply room. The individual's name tape reads 'McDOWELL' and the branch tape reads 'U.S. NAVY', with a gold oak leaf insignia indicating the rank of Lieutenant Commander or Major. The setting appears to be a forward military medical facility based on the shelving stocked with medical supplies.
