Sgt. 1st Class Richard Parker, Pfc. Samuel Price and Staff Sgt. Kelshall Rivas stand on the porch at their motor pool in Al Asad, Iraq Oct. 4. The Soldiers were on a convoy that was hit by an Explosive Formed Penetrator, Sept. 22. Parker was the convoy commander and Rivas and Price were on the truck that was hit by the powerful explosive device.
