150806-N-SU278-207 JAVA SEA, Indonesia (Aug. 6, 2015) Sailors assigned to the Pacific Missile Range Facility-Far East Detachment prepare to launch a BQM-74E target drone on the flight deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42) during a bilateral missile exercise with the Indonesian Tentara Nasional Indonesia-Angkatan Laut (TNI-AL), as part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Indonesia 2015. In it’s 21st year, CARAT is an annual, bilateral exercise series with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations including Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Timor-Leste.
