First Lt. Andrew Evans, 1st Battalion physician assistant assigned to Destined Company, 2nd Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, practices proper jumping procedures to ensure safety of jumpers during an upcoming airborne jump, at Tapa Army Base, Estonia, Aug. 15, as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve.
