    115th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment

    The 2nd Squadron, 116th Cavalry Regiment, 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team, Army National Guard, Tactical Operations Center is set to begin training operations, Aug. 14, at the National Training Center field-training area at Fort Irwin, Calif. The TOC is where all operations for the unit is tracked. The brigade returned to NTC after 17 years for a deployment-sized element of 5,200 Soldiers from 11 states’ National Guard units, the U.S. Army Reserves and active duty Soldiers. (Photo by Sgt.
