150811-N-ZZ999-002 BARKING SANDS, Hawaii (August 11, 2015) - Senior Chief Equipment Operator Emory Cole locates an old anchor stabilization point, which may be used by a cable ship to get into a two-point moor for cable splicing operations. UCT 2's Construction Dive Detachment Charlie (CDDC) is performing subsea cable maintenance at the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF). CDDC is on the first stop of their deployment, where they are conducting inspection, maintenance and repair of various underwater and waterfront facilities in support of the Pacific Fleet.
