    379th Air Expeditionary Wing

    Airman 1st Class Timothy Thomas, 379th Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron aircraft structural maintenance journeyman, removes screws from an aircraft wheel in preparation for evaluation and repair, Oct. 5. The 379 EMXS fabrications flight performs maintenance on external sheet metal, internal framework, composites, fiberglass and plastic, as well as tubing and cable assemblies, on aircraft. Airman Thomas is deployed from McConnell Air Force Base, Kan. in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.
