DeBlieck, the Civil Support Command commanding general, and a native of Des Moines, Iowa, speaks with Soldiers of 500th Engineer Company, 15th Engineer Battalion, 18th Military Police Brigade, recognizing their contributions to their team during a visit to Estonia, Aug. 11, as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve.
