Fire controlmen stay stationed at the two 25mm guns' remote consoles aboard the guided missile destroyer USS Cole during a small boat attack drill. Cole is participating in Exercise Joint Warrior 09-2, a United Kingdom-led, multi-national and multi-warfare exercise designed to improve interoperability between allied navies as well as to prepare for a role in combined operations during upcoming deployments.
