Approximately 25 U.S. personnel, as well as Japanese and Australian liaison officers, board the JS Kunisaki (LST-4003), Aug. 4, 2015, on Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, Hawaii. The Japanese ship docked in Pearl Harbor for a short duration before heading back out to sea and invited personnel for a tour of the JS Kunisaki and JS Hyuga (DDH-181).
