Pvt. Garrett Solomon, a native of Bellevue, Wash., also an infantryman with Dog Company, 1st Battalion (Airborne), 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team (Airborne), fires an M240B Machine Gun from a turret during a section live-fire exercise at the General Silvestras Zlikaliskas Training Area in Pabrade, Lithuania, Aug. 5, 2015. The Soldier is part of Atlantic Resolve a U.S. led initiative enacted to ensure multinational interoperability, strengthen relationships among allied militaries, contribute to regional stability and demonstrate U.S. commitment to NATO.
