150801-N-XN177-424 YOKOSUKA, Japan (August 1, 2015) Guests look walk the foc’sle of the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Mustin (DDG 89) while it sits pier-side at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) during Yokosuka Friendship Day 2015. Friendship Day allows local citizens an up close look at U.S. Navy personnel and equipment at CFAY. CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 83 tenant commands, and 24,000 military and civilian personnel.
