Shane Edwards, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, opens an M256A1 chemical agent detector kit to detect and identify blood, blister and nerve agents in the area of a simulated chemical, biological and radiological (CBR) attack during the Command Post Exercise (CPX) 3 at Dozer Field on Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Port Hueneme, Calif., July 30.
