A Marine from Police Transition Team 4 hangs dog tags on the rifle of his fallen comrade, Lance Cpl. Brandon T. Lara, during a memorial service held aboard Contingency Operating Location Ubaydi, Iraq, July 24. Lara, 20, was killed in action, July 19, when his convoy was attacked in Al Anbar province.
