Twentynine Palms, Calif. (June 11, 2015)- Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 place concrete for a 117-foot retaining wall during the Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) to improve living standards for more than 800 personnel at Camp Wilson in Twentynine Palms, Calif., June 11. The retaining wall will prevent further erosion and provide protection from inclement weather to existing facilities such as the fire station and chapel. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 is currently homeported in Port Hueneme, Calif., in a training cycle, in preparation for their upcoming deployment in early 2016.
