Wyatt Peterson, 6, with the Stingrays from Marine Corps Base Hawaii, was chosen by his coach to be their team’s Soccer Superstar because of how well he has been playing defense. The soccer superstar is chosen by the coach and commends the one player who really brought their “A” game to the field in a single match. These players exemplify sportsmanship, teamwork and show their teammates the path to success. Marine Corps Community Services’ Youth Sports League supports the mission of Marine Corps Base Hawaii to provide facilities, programs and services in direct support of units, individuals and families in order to enhance and sustain combat readiness for all operating forces and tenant organizations aboard MCB Hawaii.
