U.S. Army South Soldiers practice the right way to strap down a cargo to a 463L pallet during a 463L pallet building and loading training held at Army South headquarters July 23. Soldiers learned the net must be hooked to the right ring on the pallet to avoid any shifting of the cargo during transport.
