A flood rescue operation is underway in what appears to be a Southeast Asian urban area, with military personnel and civilians working together amid heavily flooded streets. Soldiers in camouflage uniforms, some appearing to be U.S. Marines alongside local military forces, are maneuvering a black inflatable rescue boat through brown floodwaters. Crowds of civilians, media photographers, and rescue workers line the flooded streets as multiple boats and people wade through chest-deep water in the background.
