U.S. Army Sgt. Joshua Graffio, Fort Hood NCO of the Year, assigned to Company A, 1st Squadron, 12th Cavalry Regiment, an element of Fort Hood-based 1st Cavalry Division, is serving with his unit in Mississippi in partnership with the 155th Armored Brigade Combat Team, Mississippi Army National Guard, during an Exportable Combat Training Capability exercise at Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center, Miss., on July 28, 2015. He has dedicated additional training time into his calendar to bolster teamwork so other Soldiers can gain the combat training experiences he has that has made him stand out as NCO of the Year.
