NAIROBI, Kenya (July 23, 2015) U.S. Marines with the “Greyhawks” of Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 161 (Reinforced), 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), direct an MV-22B Osprey into position after completing a mission rehearsal at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. The Marines are in Kenya to support President Barrack Obama’s visit. Elements of the 15th MEU, based out of Camp Pendleton, California, and embarked aboard the Essex, are conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet areas of operation in support of U.S. national security interests in Europe and Africa.
