A team of technical experts including personnel from the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, the United Kingdom, the German army, U.S. military equipment manufacturers and even the German Technical Inspections Organization (known in Germany as the TÜV), compare notes after several tractor trailer combinations were tested with both an M1A1 Abrams tank, and an M-88 tracked recovery vehicle, during a heavy equipment transport interoperability test at Coleman Barracks in Mannheim July 24.
