Guardian Shield '15 is a joint, interagency, and multi-state “complex catastrophe” full-scale exercise that demonstrates the capability of the Ohio National Guard (ONG) and other regional National Guard forces in concert with interagency partners to respond in Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA) posture in support of federal, state and local authorities.
