Guardsmen from the 140th Civil Engineer Squadron and the 233rd Space Communication Squadron, Colorado Air National Guard (COANG), placed a COANG coin into the cement above the electric and communication lines the guardsmen buried into the ground during the restoration phase of a Slovenian Armed Forces (SAF) central training range, near Postonja, Slovenia, July 18, 2015. The Colorado National Guard sent 48 guardsmen to Slovenia as part of a joint force Deployed for Training (DFT) trip, known as Exercise Related Construction (ERC), in an effort to build a Range Center Facility for SAF, provide joint multinational NATO training and build positive relationships with SAF.
