Marines and Sailors of participating units offload and equip MTVRs alongside the USNS 2nd Lt. John C. Bobo here as part of Maritime Pre-positioning Force Offload 2009. The exercise is conducted by U.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe in order to test and refine the logistics of providing a robust forward presence in its area of operations.
