New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to Company B, 2nd Battalion, 108th Infantry Regiment move into position during a platoon live-fire exercise during the units annual training at Fort Drum, N.Y., on July 16. The training, part of an Exportable Combat Training Capability (XCTC) exercise, required the coordination of the entire platoon, and provided the unit's Soldiers with an opportunity to improve their combat techniques.
