Members of the 10th Civil Support Team (CST) and Massachusetts State Police actively monitor for a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or explosive threat during a walk-through of the viewing area near the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) Hatch Shell in Boston.
